Cannot possibly say enough good things about this hotel. Staff were incredible. The breakfast buffet is huge with just about every option you could possibly think of. They went out of their way to accommodate me during Ramadan so I would still have food available for me. Location is fantastic with many malls, shopping areas, and restaurants within walking distance. Marina walk is just a couple blocks away. I was given a free upgrade to a suite, which was simply incredible, so I can't review the normal room size. This will definitely be the place I stay on future visits.

This is my second try to the brand of Best Western Plus in Kuwait. The first time was with MAhboula branch and this time with Salmyia. In Mahboula they upgrad me without even asking but with Salmyia they did not though I am Genius 2 and One of my tier benefits getting my rooms upgrded. The hotel i beleive was full and the receptionist apologize twice that he wanted to make the upgrade but did not have the ability to do so The brand is luxury, you will feel comfortable in terms of decoration, amenities, facilities and premium locations

Well I’ve tried about 4 hotels during my 3 weeks stay, this hotel is by far the most convenient in all ways. The rooms are very spacious, bed is comfy and also the breakfast was fulfilling. I have to express my gratitude and thanks to Mr. Dawood the manager and his team, as he made my reservation very easy and swift (all my changes and extensions (like 4 times) were processed in less than a minute). All I needed was to relax, have a good meal and do some work in silence and this is what I received. Recommended.

Absolutely loved this place!! The staff is super nice and helpful and I felt taken care of from the moment I arrived. They treated me so well and the room was very spacious and nice. I also liked the gym and breakfast was delicious. Super recommended and the wifi is also very good and I good do video calls for work without any problem. I hope I get to stay here again! Thank you guys

Friendly , helpful staff , the 2 porter guys and Kimberly Anne , also the guy who cleaned my room 604 . The breakfast staff also . Very clean accommodation , room , hotel.. Very good buffet breakfast.

I had an issue with the AC in my room the 1st night as it was a shared AC. However, the staff courteously arranged for an alternative room the next day. All in all, everyone was polite and queries were quickly responded to. The hotel was extremely clean as well. A good place to stay.

The location is central within Salmiya and has many places to see/visit within walking distance. If you don't want to eat in the hotel there are many restaurants/cafes close by. My room was fabulous and extremely clean and comfortable. Staff where very welcoming and the variety of foods on offer for breakfast was impressive.

The breakfast was excellent. The location was very good, about two blocks from the beach. The location near by everything you need, in addition, close to 5 malls walking distance. Also, there is a main street close by that you can enjoy walking. One person at the facility was an outstanding per person his name was: BRIJ RAJ, very helpful and cheerful person. He helps us a lot to go to different places and negotiate Taxi for us. I do recommend this Hotel for any one visiting Kuwait.

I liked the location of the hotel near Al Salam Mall. There are some shops and cafes nearby. The staff is kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very good and has variety of choices. I would love to stay in this hotel again.

The staff was amazing , first day the reception staff was really great , was very helpful in many ways , made me feel comfortable for the whole trip . 5 stars for him The hotel looks worn out but really so clean comfortable
